2026 Native Plant Giveaway and Swap

Join the Lincoln Neighborhood Association for a spring celebration as we gather to meet with neighbors and talk about native plants and their many benefits to our neighborhood. We'll be giving away over 160 native plants AND for the first time this year, including a neighborhood plant swap. The giveaway begins at 2:45. Arrive earlier to participate in the swap.
Schedule
1:00 - 2:00 if you have plants, drop them off for the swap
2:00 - 2:45 swap plants, enjoy snacks, peruse educational materials, and chat with neighbors
2:45 - 3:00 native plant giveaway including 10 different species, we'll give them out until they're gone

Plant Swap Guidelines
Bring potted plants to share with your neighbors if able
Anyone can participate in the swap, even without bringing plants
You must clearly label each of your plants. Include the latin name if possible.
Bring clearly labeled snacks to share if able
Please return home with any of your plants that are not claimed

44th street on the north side of Lincoln Elementary - We accept Bulk trash, scrap metal, and yard debris. Not accepted Household trash, large construction debris, hazardous waste such as paint, electronics, etc. This is a free event!
